kona sattelstütze Kona Process 167 26 - Origin8The Process 167 is the ultimate in DH freeride hardcore enduro, with the pedaling performance to get you to the top. A bike that Kona Team rider Graham Agassiz spins and flips with ease will also excel in the burliest of enduro races should you want to race it. The Process 167 is the ultimate in DH/freeride/hardcore enduro, with the pedaling performance to get you to the top. A bike that Kona Team rider Graham Agassiz spins and flips with ease will also excel in the burliest of enduro races should you want to race it. As you can see from our product line, we believe in geometry before wheel-size hype; this bike is no different. The Entourage ripped because of its stellar combination of ultra-short chainstays (415mm), low BB (2mm drop), responsive 170mm travel and slack head angle (65). To fit 27.5-inch wheels in this frame we would have had to lengthen the chainstay, raised the bottom bracket, or reduced the travel. With proven geometry on the ultra plush, super stiff and reliable Process platform, rest assured the new 167 is going to be a trail scream. If you wanted to call this bike the new Stinky, we’d be ok with that.

Technology:

The Process family of do-everything mountain bikes grows into new genres for 2015. Introducing two new models, including the new Process 134 SE, developed specifically for smaller and lighter riders, and the new Process 167, a long-travel 26-inch wheel model that’s sure to get the gravity fiends among us excited, the Process platform steps up as one of the most comprehensive all-mountain/enduro platforms currently on the market. Whether you’re all about the down, or love the pedal efficiency of a good climbing bike—29-inch, 27.5-inch, 26-inch wheels, big travel or short travel, there’s a Process bike for you.

KONA 6061 ALUMINUM BUTTED
Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. A tough, durable, affordable, light alloy, both Kona 7005 and 6061 deliver fantastic, reliable performance that lasts for thousands of rides. Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing’s wall thickness can be increased or decreased, as well as shaped, allowing us to fine-tune a particular frame’s strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application.

INTERNAL HEADSET
The major benefit of an internal headset, whereby the bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable, is the extra layer of protection it provides the bearings against the elements. Additionally, the bearings are commonly available angular contact bearings, which are easily and inexpensively replaced. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible.

TAPERED HEADTUBE
Aside from improving the aesthetic, due to its cleaner lines and smooth transition between the fork crown and the headset cover, tapered headtubes also offer a more solid interface between forks with tapered steertubes and the bicycle frame itself, thanks to more weld contact area. More girth at the bottom of the headtube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself, eliminates brake shudder, all while providing positive steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered headtube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it’s needed.

TUBELESS COMPATIBLE RIMS
An increasing amount of 2015 Kona models feature the benefits of tubeless compatible rims. Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance, better tire grip on the trail, lower rolling resistance and weight savings over traditional tube + tire systems. For 2015, you’ll find tubeless compatible rims on most of our XC Race Light and Enduro bikes, as well as throughout our Cyclocross and Road platforms.

12X142 REAR AXLES
The XC/Trail/Enduro 12x142mm and the DH 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142mm/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. The take-away? 12x142 and 12x157 standards make a bike that rides better and is easier to work on.

ROCKER INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION
Different riders have different needs, but Trail and Enduro riders need a lot of everything—from downhill performance to efficient climbing. With Rocker Independent Suspension we found a healthy balance between the down and the up, while also designing a suspension platform that was as compact and low-slung on the frame as possible for maximum standover, stiffness and maneuverability. A consistent leverage rate curve that perfectly matches currently available air shocks creates a stable pedaling platform, while giving the rider a predictable feel throughout the travel.

DROPPER POST COMPATIBLE
Dropper posts are a key element in riding technical singletrack. No surprise then, for 2015 we’ve spec’d dropper posts on numerous models throughout our Enduro and MTB Trail platforms, featuring the lightweight and proven seat posts from Kind Shock. New for 2015, you’ll find internal and external routing for dropper posts throughout our Race Light XC mountain bikes.

Adorable toddler jacket
Size: 18 Months, Color: Stone Medium Wash, Size: 18 Months, Color: Stone Medium Wash
I love this little jean jacket! It's a really good quality denim, thick and weighted with a soft lining. I washed and dried it in the dryer without notable shrinkage, but the denim did fade slightly around the cuffs and seems (photos after washing). I like the look it gave though. It feels very durable and high quality for the price. It is an oversized fit. I got size 18 months and it runs large with a loose and long fit. It's very cute on my toddler though and goes with everything so a very versatile piece! I would say it's a medium to light weight/temp jacket great for spring, summer and fall. Overall, I would purchase again! I think I'm going to embroider some flowers on it, great base jacket for that!

Comfortable and lightweight
Size: 2T, Color: Stone Light Wash, Size: 2T, Color: Stone Light Wash
I purchased the **Amazon Essentials soft stretch denim jacket** for my baby/toddler, and overall it’s a **cute and practical layering piece**, especially for the price. **What I liked:** The jacket has a classic denim look that goes with almost anything—jeans, leggings, dresses, or even over a onesie. The **stone wash color** is versatile and gives it a slightly vintage style. The denim has a bit of **stretch in the fabric**, which helps make it more comfortable for babies and toddlers who are constantly moving. Many denim jackets can feel stiff, but this one is softer and easier for little ones to wear. The **regular-fit design** gives enough room for layering over shirts or light sweaters without feeling too tight. It’s also lightweight enough for spring or fall weather, making it a good everyday jacket rather than a heavy coat. **What could be better:** The material is a bit **thinner than traditional denim jackets**, which is nice for comfort but means it won’t provide much warmth in colder temperatures. It works best as a light outer layer rather than a winter jacket. Sizing can also vary slightly. Some parents find that the sleeves run a little long on smaller babies, so it may require rolling the cuffs at first. **Overall:** The Amazon Essentials baby denim jacket is a **stylish, affordable option for everyday wear**. It’s comfortable, easy to pair with different outfits, and flexible enough for active babies and toddlers. While it’s not the thickest denim and may run slightly big, it’s still a great value if you’re looking for a simple, cute jacket for your little one. ⭐ **Overall rating:** 4/5 – Cute, comfortable, and budget-friendly, but lighter weight than a traditional denim jacket.
